The database is one of the most crucial units in the organisation. It is not only for monitoring revenue and our dealings with supporters, but is also instrumental in seeking out the trends of incoming revenue. It’s a platform for in-depth analysis of supporter bases, with respect to their donation pattern as well as geographical and financial placement. And this helps us forecast future strategies for fundraising.
